Place to shoot handloads

So now that I am living in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia I am looking for an indoor range to join where I am able to shoot handloads. It sure looks like everyone is into selling ammo and banning home rolled fodder.  Anyone have any suggestions....otherwise Mr. Dillon will be idle all winter and My Mrs. will be questioning my story about how much money the 650 would save me !

Thanks, I will be shooting at a few different ranges in the Panhandle and will post some findings for he benefit of everyone.
